the breakfast was included and had lots of meals. besides, free wi fi worked flawlessly.
It is reasonably priced. Small balcony was a nice surprise. Bus station is 5 minutes' walk
Free parking and location was great. not far from the falls and next to Mcdonald restaurant
Good location, ample parking, breakfast was provided without cost. Very close to the town centre and the falls and easy access from the why
This hotel is just horrible, room are dirty, it smells bad in the hallway, bed was out of age, there was flies on the food for the breakfast, breakfast was horrible too, every thing was cheap and disgusting. And the best for the end, they are dishonest, I paid cash but they charged my credit card after my departure, so they did charge me twice , fortunatly my bank after my call refuse to pay them. Avoid this hotel beleive me
The cleanliness of the room and the hotel, and also the friendly smile!!
The only thing i didn't like about this hotel was not having a fridge in the room!!
Hotel staff was very friendly, our room was better than we imagined with the huge bed and Jacuzzi tub, hotel is a 2 min. drive to clifton hill/falls area.
the parking lot is pretty small, and the underground parking lot is only for small cars - had an issue there as i drive a jeep, and the towels were very small but we made do,
The Manager was very helpful and allowed us to check out late.
The continental breakfast consist of only Bread/Tea/Coffee and Cereal!!! At least some fruits would be nice!!!
the location to the shopping/attraction areas.
The blankets had dog hair on them! And the carpets weren't that clean as well, also covered in dog hair.
It was a quiet location so it was important for me to get a good night sleep.Staff was very easy to talk to and very communicative. The bed and room was huge and spacious! Everything was clean and I have no complaints. They recognized my existence.
The price is excellent. This is good for visitors who needs a little rest and likes gambling at fallsview casino.
The underground parking is extremly difficult to get in and out even with a small car. Also, it took awhile for the water to get warm for showering.
This is definitely not the 'ritz' but it is excellent value for the money. The room was very clean and comfortable ad the included continental breakfast was lovely - lots of choice. It is close to Fallsview and the parking is free.
The immediate area is quiet but not 'scenic' - I was a little concerned when I first drove up but it wasn't a concern. There is a good liquidation store across the street.
got a discount at Tony Romas
The staff was terrible, the room was dirty and had garbage in it sheets had hair all over them. Jacuzzi tubs jets weren't working. No shower. Continental breakfast said it would start at 7am, started at 8am and had only hard muffins. Location says its minutes from the falls, was actually more than 20 minutes away.
The hotel staff was nice and friendly, continental breakfast was good including coffee, tea, juice, bagels, muffin, bagels, butter, jam and variety of cereals, rooms were clean, stayed in a honeymoon suite with jacuzzi...was worth the money I paid for..free parking, free internet,
Took long for room to heat up, heater is not hot enough, did not like I had to pay $50 upfront for security deposit because I paid cash upfront and not used my credit card
